Another day of amazing training. Our team is enjoying working together and our girls look fantastic!
Both Julie and Corissa had amazing training today. Cori was hard core again and Julie nailed all 4 routines today with a much stronger ankle (thank you Catherine and John amazing therapists!).

The whole Canadian team is a pleasure to be with and we look professional and ready. Smiles abound and the excitement is palpable. This is the real deal and everyone is on task.
We look very pro in our sweet black gear. Basically we look like we're at the Ninja World Championships! I love it.
